Find a clearer way forward, without pressure, blame, or judgment.
Young adulthood can bring a lot of change, expectations, and uncertainty. You may know something isn’t working but feel unsure about where to begin.

You Don’t Need to Have Everything Figured Out
You may be navigating:
- Anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling stuck
- ADHD or executive-function challenges
- Procrastination, avoidance, or difficulty following through
- Academic, career, athletic, or social pressure
- Unhealthy coping or difficulty maintaining supportive routines
- A major transition involving college, work, relationships, or independence
- Uncertainty about who you are or what you want next
YOU DON'T NEED TO BE FIXED!Â
Young adults often tell me they feel lost, empty, stuck, or unsure what comes next—especially after years of measuring themselves against a checklist of what they’re supposed to achieve.
Coaching creates space to slow down, understand what may be getting in the way, and reconnect with your strengths, interests, values, and passions so you can build a path forward that feels manageable and genuinely yours.
Behavior is often the clue—not the problem.
What Coaching With Me Looks Like
Coaching is personalized to you. You won’t be handed another generic checklist or told what your life should look like. We’ll work together to understand your situation, identify your priorities, and turn insight into realistic action.
Personalized preparation
Before each session, I prepare based on our previous conversation, your progress, and anything you have shared between appointments. If there is something specific you want to address, we’ll make it part of our plan.
Focused coaching conversations
We look at what may be contributing to feeling stuck, what is within your control, and which changes could help you move forward without adding more pressure.
Clear summaries and action steps
After each session, you’ll receive a written summary of key insights, strengths, priorities, and next steps—giving you something practical to return to after our conversation ends.
Support that fits you
Some clients appreciate support between appointments and more structured follow-up. Others prefer to keep coaching within scheduled sessions. We’ll choose the level of support that feels most helpful to you.

A Practical Framework Built Around Your Life
The Move FORWARD™ Framework gives our work structure without forcing you into a one-size-fits-all plan.
Together, we may explore your values, routines, relationships, patterns, coping strategies, support system, and goals. The purpose is not to tell you who to become or what you should do. It is to help you understand yourself more clearly, make intentional choices, and build a realistic roadmap for what comes next.
No blame. No shame. Just FORWARD.Â
What Role Might My Family Play?
If you’re 18 or older, coaching is centered on you. Some young adults prefer to work independently, while others choose to include a parent or family member in an occasional session to improve communication, clarify support, or work through a shared concern. Any involvement happens with your permission and in a way that respects your voice, privacy, and independence.
For clients under 18, a parent or guardian must be involved in the coaching process and present for sessions. We will still make space for your voice, goals, and growing independence while helping your family understand how to support you.
