Parents come to me when they know something needs to change but aren’t sure what to do next.
You may be navigating:
- âśż Anxiety, overwhelm, avoidance, or unhealthy coping
- âśż ADHD or executive-function challenges
- âśż Conflict, shutdown, or growing disconnection
- âśż Academic, athletic, or social pressure
- âśż A young adult struggling with independence or direction
- âśż A painful rupture or estrangement with an adult child
Behavior is often the clue, not the problem. Together, we look beneath what is happening so you can respond with greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence.

What Parent Coaching With Me Looks Like
Coaching is personalized to your family, but you won’t be left with vague ideas or another list of parenting tips. We use the Move FORWARD™ Framework to understand the situation, identify priorities, and turn insight into practical next steps.
Personalized preparation
Before each session, I prepare an individualized overview based on our previous conversation, your progress, and any concerns or action items you have shared between appointments. If there is something specific you want to discuss, I incorporate it into our session plan.
Focused coaching sessions
We look at what may be driving the behavior, what is within your control, and what could help reduce pressure while strengthening connection and maintaining appropriate expectations.
Detailed summaries and clear action steps
After every session, I provide a detailed written summary that identifies areas of strength, ongoing challenges, key insights, and clear action steps. You have something practical to return to after the conversation ends.
Support tailored to your preferences
Some clients appreciate corresponding between appointments and receiving more structured preparation and follow-up. Others prefer to keep their coaching contained to scheduled sessions. We’ll choose the level of support that feels most useful to you.
Choose the Support That Best Fits Your Family
