🌸 About Me

I’m Siah Fried, a certified parent coach & a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I help individuals and families Move FORWARD using positive coping skills to reduce stress, build resilience, and create an authentic path forward. I work with parents of teens, young adults, high-achieving women, athletes, empty nesters, and menopausal women navigating pressure and big life changes. Whether you’re supporting a child, redefining success for yourself, or feeling stuck between who you were taught to be and who you want to become, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and connection.

I’m not a perfect parent (just ask my kids). Through my own parenting and more than 30 years of experience in clinical health education, academia, and coaching, I’ve listened closely to clients, students, and my own kids to understand what truly helps them thrive, and what doesn’t. Guided by these insights and evidence-based research, I created the Move FORWARD coaching program. I originally developed it to help my clients on the eating disorder spectrum, but it turns out it can help anyone who wants to move forward in their life and leave old coping patterns and unhealthy behaviors in the past.
